2008 Shiraz
Tattooed Lady is a sophisticated wine made from the very best individual vines in the vineyard. The wine has texture and complexity and reflects the strengths of the region, using winemaking methods without commercial constraints.
The colour is an intense, deep purple crimson. Smells of ripe berry fruit, cherries and rose petals – floral characters which typify a Great Western Shiraz. A relatively big wine, but extremely elegant. Elegance and austerity indicate that it will age very well. Slight oak. Fine tannins, long palate and hints of aniseed.
A very limited quantity of this exceptional wine had been produced.
