2004 Shiraz

The colour is an intense, deep purple crimson. Smells of ripe berry fruit, cherries and rose petals - floral characters which typify a Great Western Shiraz. Relatively big wine, but extremely elegant. Elegance and austerity indicate that it will age very well. Slight oak. Fine tannins, long palate. Hints of aniseed. $45
