Brut Reserve
One Goat, also known as Orecchio, Beezlebub, Bucket Head or Get Out of Here, came to our winery in Beaufort to be the lawnmower but quickly rose to be mascot, chief barrel climber and label designer.
In collaboration, Michael (veteran and award-winning winemaker) and the goat (who has no wine knowledge but knows what she likes), have used traditional fermentation techniques and malolactic fermentation to create several wines from which to blend the final base wine.
Secondary fermentation creates the natural effervescence which results in a fresh and citrussy Brut -ideal to drink anytime.
Enjoy this wine with any food... but not with goat!

2008 Chardonnay
One Goat, also known as Orecchio, Beezlebub, Bucket Head or Get Out of Here, came to our winery in Beaufort to be the lawnmower but quickly rose to be mascot, chief barrel climber and label designer.
In collaboration, Michael (veteran and award-winning winemaker) and the goat (who has no wine knowledge but knows what she likes), have created a delicious Chardonnay showing complexity and fruit-driven characters.
This is a refreshing wine with a fresh, fruity nose and a good balance of acid and fruit - with a presence of citrus after-finish.
Enjoy this wine with any food... but not with goat!

Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc
One Goat, also known as Orecchio, Beezlebub, Bucket Head or Get Out of Here, came to our winery in Beaufort to be the lawnmower but quickly rose to be mascot, chief barrel climber and label designer.
In collaboration, Michael (veteran and award-winning winemaker) and the goat (who has no wine knowledge but knows what she likes), have created a delicious Sauvignon Blanc showing complexity and fruit-driven characters.
The grapes (those not eaten by the goat) are sourced from some of Michael's favorite vineyards in his old hunting grounds in Marlborough region of New Zealand.
Enjoy this wine with any food... but not with goat!

2008 Shiraz
One Goat, also known as Orecchio, Beezlebub, Bucket Head or Get Out of Here, came to our winery in Beaufort to be the lawnmower but quickly rose to be mascot, chief barrel climber and label designer.
In collaboration, Michael (veteran and award-winning winemaker) and the goat (who has no wine knowledge but knows what she likes), have created a delicious fruit-driven and full-bodied Shiraz.
The wine is a rich ruby colour, fruit-driven and full bodied, with the taste of ripe plums and overtones of dates.
